1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HealthNet ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access HealthNet for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on HealthNet
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Medical Disclaimer

HealthNet is a platform that connects patients with healthcare providers. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.

The information provided on HealthNet is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as a substitute for professional medical advice.

5. Appointment Booking

Patients can book appointments with doctors through the Platform. However, HealthNet is not responsible for:

• The quality of medical services provided by healthcare professionals
• Cancellations or rescheduling by either party
• Any disputes between patients and doctors
• Medical outcomes or treatment results

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of HealthNet is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Platform and informs users of our data collection practices.

7. Payment Terms

If you choose to use paid services on HealthNet, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting harmful code or viruses
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users
• Impersonating any person or entity

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HealthNet, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
